•      Describe basic human resources management concepts.

•      Review and revise a job description.

•      Respond to customer complaints and ethical issues.

Take I-10 East bound to I-10 New Orleans Business District, continue for approximately 2 miles to the St Charles Avenue Exit. As you exit, stay in the left hand lane and at the first traffic light, take a left onto Carondelet Street. Stay on Carondelet until you reach Canal Street. Take a right onto Canal Street (the hotel is on your left as you make this turn) and get into the left lane. Make the first u-turn available on Canal Street and circle back to the hotel on the corner of Bourbon and Canal Street (739 Canal Street) to experience one of the best hotels in the French Quarter.

Payment and Cancellations
Cancellations more than 10 days before seminar may be refunded less a $50 administrative fee.  Cancellations/no-shows less than 10 days before the seminar cannot be refunded as we have ordered materials and given a guaranteed attendance.
